Team and Leadership Development Seminar
Church Staff and Leadership are some of the most dedicated workers and yet they often are exhausted trying to meet the demands of both their personal life and the demands of the church. They often are embroiled in the conflict and reactivity of the church and the staff. They are also the ones who take the brunt of the reactivity when growth or change in the church occur.
The Team and Leadership Development seminar assists leaders:
....understand their work-behavior tendencies. ....develop a basic understanding of how these work styles may affect the team.
....understand, respect, appreciate, and value individual differences.
....enhance each one's effectiveness by improving their relationships with others.
....develop strategies for working together to increase productivity, address conflict, deal with the normal stresses and the divisive nature of church systems.
The DiSC Personal Profile System is utilized in this seminar. It is the best on the market and is utilized by most Fortune 500 corporations. This behavioral instrument is extremely user-friendly. It combines both the cognitive and the affective areas in helping people understand each one's strengths and limitations, as well as of those with whom they work.
Participants can grow in self-understanding but, even more important, can put this new knowledge to use immediately both in their professional and personal lives. This is an extremely important investment for any congregation.
To enable a positive, strong, and healthy leadership team, schedule an 8-Hour Seminar.
Costs
